Airport Transfers. We are approximately a 20 mins drive from the airport (Grenada has a 40mph speed limit). We will happily arrange your airport transfer for you if you would like us to.

Check in is normally from 3pm.

Sand Bar & Grill is open Tuesday to Sunday from 12noon to 8pm. If you require food to be available on arrival, please let us know. Or, why not order a food hamper.

Wifi is complimentary, passwords will be included in your welcome letter.

Daily housekeeping service is provided (but not on Sunday’s) so your towels, beach towels and linens will be refreshed when needed.

Laundry light personal items will be washed and dried for you with our compliments. If you go over your light personal laundry allowance charges will apply.

Cooking your kitchen offers a range of utensils ready for those who wish to cook. Some people don’t want to do too much cooking on holiday, so as an alternative to the Sand Bar & Grill, your housekeeper can cook local dishes for you at an additional charge (you also have to provide the groceries).

Baby-sitting Our housekeepers are available to assist you with baby-sitting services at an additional charge.

On arrival in your kitchen, you will find bottled water, tea, coffee and milk. Plus, some basic cleaning supplies including dish-washing liquid, cleaning cloth/sponge, hand sanitizer, matches, insecticide, insect repellent and garbage bags. If you would like a grocery pack purchased ready for your arrival – for example, eggs, bread, juice, bacon, butter, cheese etc this can be arranged.

Money Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC$) are used in Grenada, but you can pay using US$ although normally at a higher rate. Cards are accepted at most restaurants, but not all of them.

Banks normal opening hours are 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday and are located in the Grand Anse area.

Transportation taxis, car hire and buses.

Water sports Hobie Cat, kayaks and paddle boards are available for our guests to use.

Games/Community Room  air conditioned with cable TV, table tennis and pool table.

Massage Therapist why not treat yourself to a massage in your room, we are happy to arrange this for you with Surana.

Electricity we offer 220 and 110 (English three pin and American two pin style) sockets. Our hot water is heated via solar power.

Quiet time – between the hours of 8:00pm and 9:00am, it is extremely important that music and conversations are kept at a reasonable level, as this is our “quiet time”.  We ask those with small children to be especially considerate of other guests in the early morning and in the evening.

Office Reception – is open from 8.30am to 4pm daily.

Check out – is 12noon. There is no charge to wait in our air-conditioned Community Room or at the Beach Bar until your departure. Complimentary tea and coffee is available, and your luggage can be safely stored.

Restaurants, Bars & Coffee Spots there are a selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance in the area. Grand Anse is a short drive away.
