These rates INCLUDE tax and service charge.  Minimum stay: Two (2) months.

Rates include:

• Maid Service:
  • Cleaning and tidying (including the dishes!)
  • Housekeeper will make up the beds
  • Linens, towels, etc. are all provided and will be laundered free of charge (there will be a charge for laundering personal items)
  • Maximum 2 hours maid service each day
• All utilities except Electricity.  There will be a meter and you pay only for the electricity that you use.  WiFi, telephone and water are included.
• Night security
• All Taxes/Service Charge INCLUDED
• Free limited use of Ocean Kayaks, Stand Up Paddleboards and Hobie Cat Sailboat (for qualified sailors).

The fine print:
The rental includes free WiFi and all utilities except electricity and cable TV.  Linens and towels are provided and will be laundered free of charge; there will be a charge of US $2.50/lb., plus 15% tax for laundering personal items.
Offer cannot be combined with any other discount/offer and bookings must be made directly with our office.  For our long-term guests we provide an initial supply of all cleaning items and most toiletries, after this you must provide your own dishwashing
